OK, so I've already posted about this on FaceBook, and I'm sure I had something about it 2 years ago on my (old) blog, but Chris Rae has a really funny book out that compares the American definition of various words to their British counterparts.

Here's the link...if you go check out the site, you can get a very good sample of Chris' writing style and sense of humor, without paying a penny.

I wish I could remember which airport this was in...it just struck me as funny that EVERYONE has trouble with Windows and the 'help' it offers:

In scanning through a ZDNet article/interview with Lawson's Harry Debes, this quote caught me as particularly funny...

People are stupid. History has shown it repeats itself, and people make the same mistakes.

Recently, a client's custom-built computer (submitted for service work) caught my attention. It was obviously a custom-built machine, as there were no name brand tags glued to the case's front; but something else made me think it might not be a finely-tuned commercial production...
